VA Medical Staffing Solutions, LLC is a joint venture company founded in 2010 by American Defense Services, Inc. (ADS) and X-Techs LTD (X-Techs). It is a service-disabled veteran owned small business based in Louisiana. Our primary mission is to provide medical support services to America's military veterans through the US Veterans Administration and other public and private healthcare providers. Our joint venture brings the combined administrative and management experience of ADS and X-Tech's medical services experience into a powerful new company that has a wider array of services in support of our veterans.
